This pluck foam tray can be designed in the convenience of your own home.
At times, pluck foam trays may require an exacto blade to cut through portions of the foam.

Pluck foam trays are available in 1 inch, 1.5 inch, 2 inch, 2.5 inch, 3 inch, 3.5 inch or 4 inch thick.
The pluck foam pieces are 3/4 inch (19 mm) squares.
When selecting trays to fill your bag, remember to add 1/4 inch (6 mm) to every tray to allow space for the bottoms.

Trays are designed to fit side by side in the P.A.C.K. System Bags.

Perfect for those odd bases
Used it for a mix of warplock jezzails, skyre weapon teams, an endless spell, and a arch-warlock, Everything fit just perfect and the foam tore off with no problem. The foam at the edges were the hardest to get off but that isn't saying much.

Excellent Transport Solution.
I had a budget of 60$ for my army transport, with the restriction that the foam trays had to fit into a standard metal filing cabinet, and these fit the bill perfectly. I prefer pluck foam for the tailoring to individual models, i have a thing about organization. I found that a thin paste of white glue and water painted along the connections of the foam pieces really helps maintain the shapes you've made, and strengthens the whole form. If you need to custom fit a model, but are worried that the pluck foam is going break apart, now you don't have to!
