Almost great
I've had this problem with a few other trays. Doesn't take into account posing. The wide end of the holes needs to be wider due to claws/talons. Maybe 1/2 inch, I ended up carving it out myself and they fit great now. The tray is big enough to hold some other large creatures though so it is a very good tray.
