A really nice and simple storage solution. Was very easy to assemble and a great way to store trays I’m not using in my 720 bag. Heresy today, Bolt Action tomorrow, easily switch out and store my unused armies!
I recently ordered two of these boxes and have been very satisfied with them. Assembly is a snap. These are heavy duty boxes, not like your typical office supply or paper ream boxes. The walls are double thickness ensuring strength and durability. The lids are quite solid, allowing you to stack multiple boxes full of lead on top of each other without fear of crushing the bottom boxes. The large foam trays fit pretty snugly in them, with just enough space to work your fingers around the edges to lift them in and out. if there is one area that could be improved, it is lifting full trays out of the boxes. Once the trays are weighed down with minis, it can be a little tricky to get them out, due to the snug fit. But the snug fit also keeps the trays from rattling around loosely, so it's a double edged sword. Once you develop the technique, it's not too bad to get the trays out, but folks with thick fingers might have more frustration that others. Despite that one, relatively minor issue, the boxes work as advertised. I plan on getting more boxes as my collection grows. They are a great alternative to storage (particularly if you have large collections), and even do well when you need to transport them.
what can I say they are just freaken awesome to now put my mini's in foam than into the boxes and stack them out of the way.
These stacker boxes are perfect to store the minis your not using as you transfer from transport to storage. Highly recommend as they are the choice of Spectre Studios stuff
I love these guys for storage. I prefer my Shield bag for transportation. However, in a pinch, I know I can use my stacker box to get my minis from point A to point B. I keep the shield bag foam in my stacker box, so their is extra room in the box. To remedy this, I stuffed the extra room with plastic and foam bought elsewhere. That side, these boxes are great and I am glad to have a place to actually store my minis as opposed to leaving them in transportation mode all the time.
Great option in lieu of just buying more cases. Stores all my armies while not in use. Good price for a sturdy box.
I have two PACK 720's and a PACK Plus, but my army has outgrown them all. I didn't see a need to buy another case since I doubt I'll ever need to carry everything at one time. The box is very sturdy and the foam fits in it great. It's also better looking than a standard cardboard box. So much so that it got my wife's seal of approval.
As it says!
A good box for a good price, its sturdy and fits trays perfectly. Wouldn't use it on the go but that's not what it's for. It's the perfect solution for storing extra trays and models when you don't need them.
