Exactly what I was looking for

The tray holds the Night/Doom Scythes well, but the rim of the base sticks out about about 1/16 of an inch. Thankfully the trays have some give to them an don't cause any issues.

Great Necron transport solution

I almost got the other foam option for the night scythe but then I realized I would be carrying a box full of flying bases and I wanted everything to fit in my 1520, so I went with these. Perfect fit and holds the modesl snuggly.

It does exactly what it's stated to do. If you intend to do anything but basic sand/flock on the stand bases you might have space issues but a minimum of carving can fix that. I was even able to cram a third Night Scythe in a flyer space with more carving, the stand going in the other flyer space.
