Description
The P.A.C.K. (Personal Army Combat Kit) 1520XL will hold 21.5 inches (546 mm) of Battle Foam Large (BFL) size foam trays (15.5W x 12L"). Its rugged black, Ballistic Nylon exterior protects a hard plastic and wood interior built for strength and durability. This bag design has wheels for easy transportation. A zipper lines the top of the bag, which allows you to attach other Battle Foam bags such as the P.A.C.K Plus, P.A.C.K 216 or P.A.C.K 720. The P.A.C.K. 1520XL also has a molle system, which allows you to further customize it to fit your specific storage and transportation needs. Molle accessories offer storage solutions for tablets and books, dice and other gaming accessories as well as cell phones and additional personal items. This load out option comes fully loaded with Battle Foam Large (BFL) size pluck foam trays (15.5W x 12L"). You will receive the following foam trays with your purchase:
- 1x 1.5 inch (38 mm) Battle Foam Large Pluck Foam Tray
- 2x 2 inch (51 mm) Battle Foam Large Pluck Foam Trays
- 2x 3 inch (76 mm) Battle Foam Large Pluck Foam Trays
- 2x 4 inch (102 mm) Battle Foam Large Pluck Foam Trays
- 1x Battle Foam Large Topper
The pluck foam pieces are 1/2 inch (12 mm) squares in pluck foam trays between 1 and 2 inches thick. The pluck foam pieces are 1 inch (25 mm) squares in pluck foam trays between 2.5 and 4 inches thick. At times, pluck foam trays may require an exacto blade to cut through portions of the foam.

A little disappointed
got the black 1520 expecting it to be as nice as my smaller one I got a couple years ago. The canvas material is thinner and only one pocket that is so deep it's totally useless for books or supplies. So now I will have to carry a second bag with my warhammer books, tape and supplies or have a mess digging to China to retrieve from a zippered lining of the front. Wheels squeak so disappointing I don't want everybody staring at me with squeaky wheels walking by.

Great foam but case design coyld be updated
The quality of the foam is high and what i would expect from battle foam. However the load out provided is really hard to get back into the case after taking it out. The extra topper foam has to be taken out to properly fit the rest of the foam back into the case. You have to pull up on the case to get the top tray and topper in without it bunching up. The transfer of foam into and out if the case could be improved greatly if it opened like the 720 case. Being able to open from the top and the front allows for quick access to a persons army. And doesn't suffer from the bunching issue. I do have a 720 case and love it for this. The zipper used to connect this case with the 720 case seems more delecate than the front zipper as the joining zipper has large plastic teeth, where the front zipper has a nice and more durable metal tooth zipper.
