*We center, align, and space all trays to achieve good uniformity unless specifically informed per design.

*Orders received without custom load out information will be held and marked as Additional Information Required while all the information is being gathered.  The order will be held for one year from the purchase date.  After the one year has ended, we will issue a store credit for the order.

Design your own Super Star Destroyer Box (23.25W x 15.35L") size tray to fit your army's specific needs.  You can use the Custom Tray Creator to determine your tray's layout.  You can also trace your customized models and the Battle Foam Design Team will design your tray.

When designing custom trays to fill your bag, remember to add 1/4 inch (6 mm) to every tray to allow space for the bottoms.

You can attach your Custom Tray Creator design to this item and then click "Add to Cart".  Your design will be submitted with your online order. 

You may also submit your designs by emailing them to info@battlefoam.com or faxing them to 877-854-4244.  Please reference your name and order number when sending your information.

If you did not use Battle Foam's Custom Tray Creator to design your Custom Tray and/or your Custom Design includes Custom Traces, please check the Yes box:  USED OTHER DESIGN TOOL OR TRACES.  Final custom tray design will be emailed for approval before production begins.  

If you want us to include the Cutouts so you can create your own cutout height spacers, please check the Yes box: LEAVE THE CUTOUTS IN MY CUSTOM TRAYS.

    Fantastic trays

    BF makes it super easy to customize your trays. Lead time isn’t too bad, and you can add the trays to your pack purchase. I have created a tone of custom trays for my SW Armada collection.

    Custom Layout

    I purchased two large trays for my Star Wars Armada fleet. Custom layout software was easy to use and allowed me to get exactly the layout I wanted. Turnaround time was fast, product arrived well packaged and undamaged. Provided templates fit my models precisely. The cuts were precise and clean. Foam was high quality, protected my collection during a turbulent move to a new apartment. No damage at all, even to the finer elements (gun batteries, antennas, etc.) Each tray also has a hard foam base glued to the bottom, which gives it extra durability and form. I was able to select the depth of the foam (I opted for 4”) and quickly see the difference in price. I chose the option to keep the foam cutout inserts (where the ships go), which I then cut down with a hot foam knife at home and reinserted so that my smaller ships would not fall to the bottom of the foam cutouts. This allowed me to keep large and small ships in the same tray. However, if you wanted you could buy trays set to custom depths and arrange your models accordingly. Price was very reasonable, esp. considering the custom elements and the prices at other sites. I looked at several options from different vendors, before finding this site. Battle Foam exceeded my highest expectations. 10/10 would recommend.
