NIce but not perfect
I just received my trays and I like them. The only problem is the same one that everyone else already posted about. The largest model does not fit unless you modify the tray yourself. This is not a big problem for me because I have added new monsters to the game that already don't fit in Battle Foams premade tray. The foam itself is perfectly cut (except for largest cut out for dragon) and holds all my tiles. I use a plastic organizer tray to hold all my tokens and this allows me to hold many of the extra monster miniatures that I added to the game in the box now. Over all this foam kit suites my needs perfectly.

Good product which unfortunately required modification to fit all pieces.
The foam fit nicely into the box and had slots for all the components. However I was disappointed to find that two of the larger models didn't’t fit – the Dracolich and the Golem. To get around the issue I used the trick suggested by Chris in a previous review – use a hobby knife to cut out the base along the profile of the Dracolich and the Golem. This worked nicely – thanks Chris! To Battle Foam: the consumer shouldn't have to “modify” the foam to fit all the components of the game. Having things fit is the whole purpose of product. This should have been addressed and identified before releasing the product. I'm satisfied with the product – just disappointed that this was overlooked.

Almost Perfect...
At first I got very excited about this kit because the original game insert does not organize at all and makes it very hard to take the components in and out. Also I got very excited because this BF kit fits in the original box... well almost fits, that is where the almost perfect comes in… So when I got all the components in place and tried to put the foam in the box I was disappointed to find out that two of the miniatures were sticking up above the box top. I found a simple solution though that works very nicely. So a tip for those that do order it after me, just use a hobby knife to cut out the base along the profile of the Dracolich and the Golem (the two that stick up). Then have the minis sit in the bottom tray on top of cards and the minis now fit between both trays with the minis tray on top. Once you make those simple adjustments the trays and all the components fit perfectly in the original box. Hope this helps others. Now I just wish BF would create similar trays for the other two versions that came out after this one.
