Games Workshop regular stock orders ship in 2–3 weeks. Orders are submitted to Games Workshop every Thursday (or the preceding business day if Thursday is a holiday).

All Games Workshop New Release pre-orders are fulfilled on a first come, first serve basis. Availability is not guaranteed, as allotments are controlled by Games Workshop.

If we cannot fulfill your pre-order due to allocation limits, you will receive a 100% refund on the affected item(s).

Pre-ordered items are scheduled to ship on the Thursday before official release, in compliance with Games Workshop’s street date policy. Delivery times may vary due to carrier delays or other factors outside our control.

Cancellations:

• Orders cancelled before our Thursday submission are refunded in full.
• Orders cancelled after submission are subject to a 50% restocking fee (only 50% of the item’s value will be refunded).
