At Battle Foam, we’re thrilled to offer Games Workshop products to our amazing hobby community!
Our ordering process works a little differently. The information below explains how we handle orders, pre-orders, and fulfillment to make sure you know exactly what to expect.

Inventory and Fulfillment

• Battle Foam does not keep inventory of Games Workshop items. We place orders once a week to fulfill miniature orders received from customers like you.
• If an item is out of stock, we will attempt to fulfill your order for two consecutive weeks. If your item is still out of stock after two attempts, we’ll reach out to discuss available options.
• This process helps us keep costs down so we can continue offering great discounts and make one of our favorite hobbies more affordable for everyone!

New Releases

• All Games Workshop pre-orders are fulfilled on a first-come, first-serve basis.
  Availability is not guaranteed, as product allotments are determined by Games Workshop.
• If we’re unable to fulfill your pre-order due to allocation limits, you’ll receive a 100% refund for the affected item(s).
• Pre-order items are scheduled to ship on the Thursday before the official release date, in accordance with Games Workshop’s street date policy. Please note that delivery times may vary due to carrier delays or other factors outside our control.

Regular Stock

• Regular Games Workshop stock orders typically ship within 2–3 weeks.
• If an item is out of stock through Games Workshop, we will attempt to fulfill your order for two consecutive weeks. If your item is still out of stock after two attempts, we’ll reach out to discuss available options.
• We submit all Games Workshop orders every Thursday (or the preceding business day if Thursday is a holiday).

Cancellations

• Orders cancelled before our Thursday submission will receive a full refund.
• Orders cancelled after submission are subject to a 50% restocking fee (only 50% of the item’s value will be refunded).

Please note: We do not accept orders for Games Workshop paints.
