Chaos Space Marines: Mutilators

Twisted by millennia of Warp corruption, Chaos Space Marines are the ultimate traitors to Mankind, waging endless unholy war to tear down the Imperium they once built.

Traitor Marines who revel in close-quarter violence risk turning into Mutilators. Warped and mutated into weapons themselves.

Ten thousand years ago, Warmaster Horus fell to the dark forces of Chaos, taking utilizing him eight other Primarchs whose legions joined him in the great Heresy and changed the fate of the galaxy forever. The forces of the Chaos Space Marines have since taken refuge in the Eye of Terror, launching their campaigns of destruction and waging war on a vast scale in the name of the Chaos Gods.

The mysterious powers of the Eye of Terror have fused living flesh utilizing mechanical devices, and although the Space Marines still use the same armour and weaponry as loyalist Marines, their equipment serves as often redesigned or reconfigured to be adorned utilizing the icons of their dark leaders, demonstrating their allegiance to the Dark Gods.
