(Custom) Custom Battle Foam Large Foam Tray (BFL)

Exactly what I asked for -- nicely cut, and timely arrival.

Ordered 3 custom trays to accommodate my X-Wing collection and cards. Was happy with results and can now use P.A.C.K. 432 versus 720 for all my current needs. Am especially happy with the tray dedicated solely to pilot/upgrade cards so that I can quickly find the specific type of card quickly.

I custom designed 3 trays with the software and it came out just how I wanted it. Although the turn around time isn't the best I understand the longer wait time due to the custom nature of the product. Either way I got what I asked / paid for. Can't go wrong about that.

I used the web-tool to create a custom foam that I needed for X-Wing and when it arrived it came exactly as a I designed it. I was very pleased. The only think that I would recommend to others is to trust their web-tools boarder. I could have gotten things a lot closer together and perhaps had more room for another figure had I done that.

I ordered 4 custom trays for X-wing to maximize space on the tray. The results are just what I asked for and organize my ships with room to grow. Nice job.

I've always liked having all elements of a unit together in the foam. Not finding foam available for that function I used BF's site to custom create 3 sheets of foam that allowed me to situate my entire company (in their assigned units) together. This makes it fantastically easier to find them and more importantly put them back.

As far as X-Wing minis go, this is a great product. Foam is cut to exact specifications and goes well with a 216 pack. A friend has a rival product but I find their "Generic Fighter Slot" a waste of space and foam. Also for anybody considering a tray for their X-Wing forces, pay attention to the fact that you can comfortably stack the ships. My 2 inch tray can happily accomodate (in their respective slot): -2 X-Wings -3 Z-95 Headhunters -2 HWK-290s -3 A-Wings -2 Y-Wings -2 TIE Bombers -2 TIE Advanced If I *had* to mention something negative, I'd say I'm wary of ships with cannons (think X-Wings and B-Wing tips) as the foam is quite sturdy. Ultimately though, a bit of common sense and the foam will do the rest.

It was think and deep. it will protect your minitures and then some.

Because Battle Foam acknowledged that it was their tray creator software that did not have the proper designs for the Firestorm Armada box set they redid my tray for me at no extra cost to me. They also worked hard to ensure my tray would fit exactly what I wanted it to and exhibited the kind of customer service rarely encountered in today's marketplace. Their products are not cheap, but they are very well made and the team that stands behind them is top notch. I will forever be a battle foam customer.
