Description
*We center, align, and space all trays to achieve good uniformity unless specifically informed per design.
*Orders received without custom load out information will be held and marked as Additional Information Required while all the information is being gathered. The order will be held for one year from the purchase date. After the one year has ended, we will issue a store credit for the order.
Design your own Battle Foam Large (15.5W x 12L") size tray to fit your army's specific needs. You can use the Custom Tray Creator to determine your tray's layout. You can also trace your customized models and the Battle Foam Design Team will design your tray.
When designing custom trays to fill your bag, remember to add 1/4 inch (6 mm) to every tray to allow space for the bottoms.
You can attach your Custom Tray Creator design to this item and then click "Add to Cart". Your design will be submitted with your online order.
You may also submit your designs by emailing them to info@battlefoam.com or faxing them to 877-854-4244. Please reference your name and order number when sending your information.
If you did not use Battle Foam's Custom Tray Creator to design your Custom Tray and/or your Custom Design includes Custom Traces, please check the Yes box: USED OTHER DESIGN TOOL OR TRACES. Final custom tray design will be emailed for approval before production begins.
If you want us to include the Cutouts so you can create your own cutout height spacers, please check the Yes box: LEAVE THE CUTOUTS IN MY CUSTOM TRAYS.

Awesome foam!
I ordered a custom cut 5.5 inch thick tray for my Forgeworld Warhound Titan. I was able to send in good outlines of my model and the transferred it perfectly. Love the foam, love the company and people. Protect your stuff with the best!

the stuff that fits fits well.
Most of the stuff fits like a glove. Some of the holes I choose were based on the list on the battlefoam custom tray generator and don't match up perfectly to my actual models. The giant Dindrenzi battleship from the firestorm Armada set wouldn't fit in the hole I choose for it. Nor would my dark angel terminators. I thought I was choosing the appropriate hole for the piece based on what was available in the generator, but apparently not. In the future I will be designing my custom tray with a battlefoam rep on the phone and will be going over all of the exact measurements of each piece that goes in the tray before completing my order

Exactly as I designed
The tray I made for my X-Wing Rebel collection was exactly as I designed it. I am rather happy with the finished product. I do have an issue with the new X-Wing/Z-95 shape, it being a very squeezy for the X-Wing (current as of July 2014). Perhaps reverting to the old shape would be better, but otherwise a fantastic was to safely store your collection they way you want to. I will be making more as new stuff is released

Quick and easy!
So happy with my custom tray. I needed something a bigger in width and length than one of the standard trays to fit my SAGA Bretons. They have javelins sticking out in all directions, so you can imagine my dismay at trying to travel with them. But with the custom tray program, I easily made and submitted the image of exactly what I needed. My Bretons fit perfectly in it and now they'll be safe and snug on the road trip to Adepticon. Thanks, Battlefoam!

Amazing product. Designing the trays with custom traces for a large number of converted models was incredibly easy, despite it being the first time I had done so. BF's customer service was extremely helpful and assisted me the entire way.

Perfect Foam (but it took forever)
These are perfect. Took over 6 weeks to get my four custom foam trays, but it was well worth the wait.
