Description
We center, align, and space all trays to achieve good uniformity unless specifically informed per design.
*Orders received without custom load out information will be held and marked as Additional Information Required while all the information is being gathered. The order will be held for one year from the purchase date. After the one year has ended, we will issue a store credit for the order.
Design your own Privateer Press size tray to fit your army's specific needs. You can use the Custom Tray Creator to determine your tray's layout. You can also trace your customized models and the Battle Foam Design Team will design your tray.
When designing custom trays to fill your bag, remember to add 1/4 inch (6 mm) to every tray to allow space for the bottoms.
You can attach your Custom Tray Creator design to this item and then click "Add to Cart". Your design will be submitted with your online order.
You may also submit your designs by emailing them to info@battlefoam.com or faxing them to 877-854-4244. Please reference your name and order number when sending your information.

Custom PP foam
The staff made absolutely sure I knew which foam I was getting and that it would work for my needs. It arrived in a timely manner and undamaged. A great experience as usual :)

The trays I needed to carry around my huge bases models safely and securley with no worries. Great value and still had space to add in spots for other models that can be tricky to cart around

Custom Star Wars X-Wing tray
I'm just glad that I can get custom cut trays for my x-wing models in any tray type. Fits perfectly in a tool box I've owned. Now I just have to see how my models hold up in the foam.

custom foam tray
the tray was outstanding but I think I made the mistake of getting a tray that was .5 inches to big. as I see the order I realize the mistake was mine, I wont make it again I will still do another custome tray when wave 5-6 are out

Close Fit
I recommend not doing the custom cut outs. If your model isn't exactly correct then it wont fit. Use the generic shapes. You will be better off.

Do your Homework
This set of custom trays was about the 20th that I've gotten from Battlefoam, and I have this to say: Always do your homework! Before you order a tray, stand/ lay your minis in a tray of teh same height, preferably in a well the same size and shape of the cutout you're designing for it. YOUR Elk Rider might be a bit taller or wider than the norm. I do this and to date every tray has been a perfect fit for the units I got them for.

Serviceable
While the trays are excellent quality and its nice to have exactly the right shape for my models, I was shocked the cut outs from each space were not left in the trays. Not all of my models are of equal height, and I was counting on being able to use parts of those cutouts for standees for shorter models. I did not even consider that including them would not be the default.

All in one tray
I was very happy to see that they made a Warspear tray for Legion but I had 2 units and a unit of Warmongers. I decided to make a custom tray that fit all of them plus 2 Warchiefs. Took a bit of time to get all 17 models to fit on 1 tray but the time was well spent. Having a nice tray that they all fit on and I don't have to worry about spears getting bent is very nice.
