1 inch (25 mm) thick tray with 40x 1 x 1 1/2 inch (25 x 38 mm) cut outs, 8x 2 1/4 x 1 1/2 inch (57 x 38 mm) cut outs, 3x 1 3/4 x 2 inch (44 x 51 mm) cut outs and 2x 2 x 3 inch (51 x 76 mm) cut outs.
Tray Dimensions - 15.5W X 12L X 1.25H" (394W x 305L x 31H mm)
Also available in 1.5 inch (38 mm) thick tray.

Cheap and versatile
I bought a couple of these trays because they looked like they can be used for a variety of games and model sizes. I wasn't disappointed.

almost perfect!
Tray is a great configuration. I think that having a 2" option would be useful; I have a number of taller model, primarily on resin bases.

OMG Nothing Broke on the Plane
I love Battle Foam products and this tray kept all of my Tactical Marines safe on a trip from Denver to San Franciso. As a former airline employee I knew the risk I took bringing my army on a business trip and trusting in the airline to keep anything safe. Not a single damaged bit.
