The Arizona Black Label Case Custom Load Out

*Orders received without custom load out information will be held and marked as Additional Information Required while all the information is being gathered.  The order will be held for one year from the purchase date.  After the one year has ended, we will issue a store credit for the order.

The Battle Foam Black Label Cases are made from ultra high-strength polypropylene copolymer resin.  They feature a gasketed, water and dust tight, submersible design.  They also feature a latch system, comfortable, ergonomic snap-down rubber over-molded grip handle and automatic pressure equalization valve.  They are resistant to UV, solvents, fungus, corrosion and impact damage. A one inch spacer is provided to fill extra space on the side of the case.  This space can also be used for storing books or other gaming accessories.

This case can fit 8 inches of Arizona Black Label size foam trays.  Please add a 1/4 inch (6 mm) to every tray's thickness due to the bottoms. Due to the wheels on this case, the bottom tray must be a "Arizona" Black Label foam tray with wheel etchings.  This Custom Load Out option allows you to build your own Load Out for this bag. It can be filled with:   

• Custom Designed Trays (Click Here for the Custom Tray Creator)
• Traced Models for a Unique Design (Click Here for tracing instructions)
• All of the above!   

When you are selecting trays to fill your bag, please add a 1/4 inch (6 mm) to every tray's thickness to allow space for the bottoms.

Please note when using the Custom Tray Creator, the bottom tray requires cut-outs for the wheel wells.  There is a template that can be found on the CTC that accounts for this.  Please use this tray template when designing the bottom tray.  If your bottom tray is less than 2 Inches, please use the template for the bottom two trays.  Again, this Wheel Well Cut-Out Template is only needed for the bottom 2 Inches if using the appropriately matched case.  

-If you choose to design your trays, our Custom Tray Creator is a great tool that allows you to design every inch of foam to fit your army's specific needs. By using the custom tray creator, you ensure your load out will turn out exactly as you want. You will want to select the "Arizona" tray size for this bag. Custom text is available on the trays where available. 

-You may also provide traces that the designers will use to build your load out. All traces require a ruler on the side of the page for scaling purposes (a printable .pdf can be found here). Please keep in mind that this type of order will be left completely up to the discretion of the designer. By using this method, you understand that some variations in the design may occur. Unless the custom tray creator is used to design your trays, overall finish will be solely left up to our staff. Blueprints can be emailed upon request.   

Once you have determined your load out, you can provide a list of pre-designed trays and/or attach your custom designs and then click "Add to Cart".  Your list and designs will be submitted with your online order.  You may also email your tray designs and/or traces to info@battlefoam.com, or fax this information to 877-854-4244. Please reference your name and order number.
