Description
*We center, align, and space all trays to achieve good uniformity unless specifically informed per design.
*Orders received without custom load out information will be held and marked as Additional Information Required while all the information is being gathered. The order will be held for one year from the purchase date. After the one year has ended, we will issue a store credit for the order.
Design your own Battle Foam Large (15.5W x 12L") size tray to fit your army's specific needs. You can use the Custom Tray Creator to determine your tray's layout. You can also trace your customized models and the Battle Foam Design Team will design your tray.
When designing custom trays to fill your bag, remember to add 1/4 inch (6 mm) to every tray to allow space for the bottoms.
You can attach your Custom Tray Creator design to this item and then click "Add to Cart". Your design will be submitted with your online order.
You may also submit your designs by emailing them to info@battlefoam.com or faxing them to 877-854-4244. Please reference your name and order number when sending your information.
If you did not use Battle Foam's Custom Tray Creator to design your Custom Tray and/or your Custom Design includes Custom Traces, please check the Yes box: USED OTHER DESIGN TOOL OR TRACES. Final custom tray design will be emailed for approval before production begins.
If you want us to include the Cutouts so you can create your own cutout height spacers, please check the Yes box: LEAVE THE CUTOUTS IN MY CUSTOM TRAYS.

Custom the way you like it!
I simply love that Battlefoam does this type of Product. I personally layout the amount of ships for each wave of Star Wars this way. I had a little trouble with the PDF but the customer service with these guys is top notch.

Good product, but slots were cut too deep.
First time buyer of foam for X-Wing. The product looks great and definitely works... I wish they would tell you how think the foam should be for the models you get though. I also wish you could request some cuts on the same depth of foam to be deeper/shallower than others. If you are doing standard models though and NOT custom foam, this is a good product.

Great Customer Service as Always
I had one model that they did not have on the custom creator, traced it out, and Battle Foam worked with me to make sure everything fit in my tray! My only comment is to other customers don't be too loose with your tracing, I held the pen straight up when I traced around my model, and it came out a bit loose, but still very protective.

Used AutoCAD instead of Tray creator
Battlefoam allowed me to custom make a tray for my Firestorm Armada Ryushi fleet using AutoCAD and exporting to PDF. The tray came out better than I expected. Well done!

Great product and easy to use template maker.
I created the template for the custom made tray ( I needed a tray to hold my T-70 xwings that aren't on a stock tray somewhere) and they cut it exactly as laid in. Product did arrive within the time period indicated as well.

Best foam on the market!
I ordered about 8 custom trays to fill my 1520XL and my 720. All of the trays fit my models perfectly, and I now have room to fit even more troops!
